It is a vibrant and inclusive primary school nestled in the heart of Thatcham, dedicated to providing a supportive and inspiring environment where each child can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

The school has been a cornerstone of the community for years, fostering a love for learning and personal growth. It caters to children from Reception through to Year 6, and is committed to fostering a love for learning, creativity, and personal growth in every pupil.

Whitelands Park's Vision

Whitelands Park's motto 'Better Never Stops' epitomises the school's aim of empowering its pupils to become confident, independent learners. It strives to create a positive and engaging learning environment where curiosity is cultivated, diversity is celebrated, and every child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential. Real life learning experiences are an integral part of the school's vision. Regular trips and visitors are organised so that children understand why they are learning and the impact this has on the real world.

Academic Excellence

The school believes in providing a well-rounded education that prepares pupils for the challenges of the future. Its dedicated staff follows a comprehensive curriculum that not only meets national standards but also incorporates innovative teaching methods to ignite a passion for learning.

The school offers a wide range of subjects and extracurricular activities, including music, sports, arts, and technology, to cater to diverse interests and talents. This holistic approach ensures that pupils develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and a love for exploration.
